Pouce Coupe Museum

This is the first x-ray machine brought into the Peace Country. It came by plane to Pouce Coupe from Edmonton. It was used by the Red Cross Hospital, which opened its doors in 1921. The x-rays from this machine were most valuable in detecting fractures. It was donated to the museum by the Pouce Coupe Hospital in 1973.
